Meet the Director

My name is Lisa, I started my career in Early Learning Education after completing school in 2010 and worked in many roles such as assistant and lead educator in numerous age groups, to now becoming a manager. Growing up, I was always role-playing teachers and schools with my siblings, so my family was not surprised when I told them I was going to become an Early Childhood Educator.

Since now having my own children, my passion for caring for and supporting children has strengthened even more and I am determined to empower the educators within my service to share the same love and passion for their careers, as I do my own.

Located just outside the town centre, Little Saints Drouin is a central point for families looking to access early education and care for their children. This service has an amazing team of qualified and experienced educators including an onsite chef who provides fantastic healthy meals for each child.

Our team acknowledges that families know their child best and building genuine connections with families supports children’s transitions into the care environment and to build caring relationships with their educators.

With stunning natural indoor and outdoor environments this 120 place service comprising 6 classrooms facilitating the learning and development of children 6 weeks to 6 years. Offering funded kindergarten for both 3 & 4 year old children delivered by university trained Early Childhood Teachers. Every classroom provides an educational program that empowers children to lead the way in their learning offering strength and interest based experiences for them to explore.
