Meet the Director

My name is Jaci, and I'm now the director for Little Saints Pakenham, I'm a very dedicated educator who brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience to the industry. Through the years, I have had many different roles, from working as a room assistant to leading a room, then I was given the chance to become an educational leader for my service, then I became the assistant manager and then went on to become the centre manager.

I really value my role as a director, and to do that, I create a safe and caring environment for all the children so they can get the best learning and care possible. I use my role to engage with the families through my daily conversations and open communication. I'm looking forward to bringing knowledge and supporting everyone who comes into my service. As connections play a big part in making families and children feel welcome. I'm a hands-on director who you will often see in our classrooms engaging with children of all ages.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends on the weekends. I'm sports mad and even play a bit of netball and I'm a passionate St Kilda supporter in the AFL. My favourite place for a holiday is QLD.

Our educational programs include a 3 & 4 year old kindergarten program led by an Early Childhood Teacher, all classrooms provide children with an interest based learning program that links to Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and promotes each child’s development. Educators support children’s connections to the community through a variety of incursions and excursions throughout the year. All amenities are provided including hats for each child and with an onsite chef preparing delicious meals to help your child meet their daily nutritional requirements.
