Meet the Director

Hi my name, is Liz,
I hold a Diploma of Children’s Services and am currently pursuing my bachelor’s in early
childhood education. I have worked in the Early Childhood Sector since 2005, joining the Little Saints team in 2020. During this time, I have gained experience with all age groups and in a number of roles starting as an Educator, Lead Educator, Assistant Director and now Centre Director. At Little Saints Warragul we believe in providing children with the highest quality of care, allowing each child to reach their fullest potential by enhancing all areas of growth and development in a warm caring and home like environment that is a reflection of our children, families and our community.

As a leader I will be leading and mentoring my team to be the best they can be by
developing trust through communication and positive connections. Being supportive and
celebrating success and growth. We look forward to meeting you and your children working together to form a strong long-lasting relationship through your child’s early years.

Situated on the main road of Drouin, our Princes Way Service is purposely built to provide a sense of connection for all children and families throughout the seven spacious and light-filled rooms. Each room overlooks the beautifully landscaped playground providing endless opportunities for learning and development promoted by children’s choice, interests, and imagination.

This stunning 149 place service provides educational programs for children from 6 weeks of age, including 3 and 4 year old kindergarten. Our qualified and experienced team of educators provides calming and nurturing environments and develops programs in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. Empowering children to explore their world through interest based learning incorporating the wider community including incursions and excursions.

Families feel a sense of belonging from our team, engaging daily to build trusting, nurturing, and respectful relationships. Forming these relationships allows us to support each family in their transition to our service.
